IMG_5545.jpg I'm currently in a dilemma trying to decide what to do about wheels. I just bought my 08 and it has stock Toyota 16 inch wheels but they were made by a company called enkei for Toyota as an option in 2008. Someone obviously stole all 4 of the center caps so the truck looks like crap. I went to the local dealer whowas nice enough to look up the wheels and give me the center cap part number but unfortunately he said they were discontinued and he could no longer get them. I'vesearched the web to no end and can't find any replacementsanywhere. Soooooo I'm at a pointthat I guess I am going to have tobuy new wheels.... my problem is the tires on the 16"s are brand newso I hate to go bigger 17"s or 18"s which is what I want to do becausethen I have to buy tires too and Ireally don't want to drop that much on a truck I just bought. Trying to find 16" wheels I really like has proven difficult as well. I found afew I like but haven't pulled thetrigger yet because I really want togo bigger! As you can see from thepic below the wheels are junkwithout center caps. Couldn't passon the deal I got tho. 90k miles 1owner garage kept, all the service records.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I would like to see your pics of yours as well. I kind of want black with milled accents but I'm limited in what's available in 16"IMG_5541.jpg IMG_5542.jpg

    TRD offroad's come with 16's (2nd gen)
if you find a set, just paint them before you mount the tires.

Maybe just keep an eye out for wheels and tires that someone is selling because they got something new. A lot of times they can be had on the cheap with less than 10k on the tires. Then you could sell yours to recoup some money back.

Not sure what you mean, there's 16" rims all over the place. There's three or four venders even in the buy sell section offering brand new 16" wheels. Am I missing something here?

Here are a few that I've found on the web I like. My favorite is the fuel krunk but it's only available in 17 and above, which leaves me back at square one having to buy tires too. IMG_5552.jpgIMG_5551.jpg IMG_5550.jpgIMG_5553.jpg

Any advice on the offset? I don't want the tire sticking out of the fender. I like a flush look or just slightly out. It gets pretty confusing to me on -12mm to 1mm , 0 mm , etc, not real sure which will give me the look I'm after and then it seems it may be wheel specific as well. There's really not any truck wheel shops around where I live to go talk to and get advice from, or purchase from. There are plenty of tire dealers that will order for you but they don't stick anything so if I have to order I may as well buy offline and save money

Your offset will depend on the width when it comes to how much you stick out.

Buying online is definitely the way to go. I just had a great experience with this place http://www.wheelsforless.com/AR96968060500
Great prices, fast free shipping (4 days), and when you buy a set of 4 rims they will include an $80 set of Gorilla locks for $29.
