When did Toyota upgrade the 6speed?

    I know Toyota has updated the six speed at least twice and since it looks like I may need another I'd like to get one of the later updates.

    Mine has started popping out of second and fourth and has become increasingly difficult to get into reverse. It's an early '05 w/ around 117,000 miles on it but the clutch is not slipping. Fluid change, etc hasn't helped.
