Someone had posted links here somewhere for 2021 pricing, it wasn't much different than 2020.

Yep, just like how your 17 is now worth a considerable deal more than it was back in Feb, new ones are commanding MSRP or just below, it's pretty much a wash as there is still crazy demand and dealers have waiting lists as new ones are unloaded off the truck. Unless you are willing to wait till supply outweighs demand, which according to a few well sourced automotive industry articles wont be till next year it's pretty much a wash. Dealers have pricing, they are just not giving you pricing because of the current market I'm guessing. If I were you I would see if you can find a dealer willing to give you an agreed upon price, its not uncommon and can be done, just depends if your dealer is willing to play ball. I know back in 2015 some dealers werent negotiating pricing on the new 16s, while some were willing to commit to invoice pricing (what I did) and the demand was crazy at that point too.

Thanks for that info! So I just called the closest dealer that showed up on autotrader as having 2021 and they said the 21's are in transit and should show up by the end of the month on the lots they said (maybe sooner).

Toyota site shows 2021 Tacoma’s to build and price. It’s only been up on the site for a couple of hours. When the 2021 Tundra came up last month the truck started showing at dealerships. Just sayin.

Thanks to all for the updates and thoughts. I'm just a simple old man. All I want are intermittent wipers and the tech package with blind spot indicators to help keep me from killing someone on the highway (or them me). My build cost on the 2020 was just over $38k. I'm hoping to be under $39k based on the published 2021 pricing. But I'll def. hit the site again and see the latest.

    Thanks for all the info!

There are. But that was what compelled me into and SR5 level in 2017. $3k upcharge just to get wipers. I'm not sure if they are now standard in the base levels. But that's Toyota.

    thx

I'm told by a local dealer (Boston area) that his first 2021 will hit his lot on 10/10. My efforts to order a 2021 have been an odyssey to say the least. After learning last week here (thanks!) that the website was allowing for 2021's to be "built" on line, WITH PRICING, I contacted the dealer that had been trying to price one for me and they acted like I was crazy. They seemed perturbed that we could find info they couldn't. So I sent him a spec. for a truck I built with the "tech" package included as an online option for $570. Blind spot indicators were the goal. Again, days of frustration and lack of confirmation on pricing. So I get another dealership's G.M. on the phone and within twenty minutes he tells me that the source of frustration for his competitor was most likely the fact that you can't get just the tech package as an option for $570. You have to include the "dynamic navigation" package as well to get the blind spot indicators and for that you can add another $1700 plus. Isn't that what apple/droid play addition was all about? And now Toyota forces you to get their most likely obsolete navigation system to get what should be a basic safety feature? The logic escapes me. Apparently the blind spot indicators do as well for a $2200 bump in price.

I don't think that is true. My dealer had ordered me an SR5 4x4 DC with the tech package without any navigation option and told me point blank the order went through successfully.. now since then I've ended up going with a different one without tech package though because he'll have it on his lot before they can build that one.

It's funny. Last week I went into a dealership and ordered a 2021 trd off road dcsb with tech package. The guy said one was scheduled to be built the same day and I reserved it. Two other dealerships j went to we're not as helpful. They were pretty much shaking their head saying they didn't know when they would be getting new stock.
