When people stop paying msrp for them, so it may be a while. The ridgeline comes out the end of March or early April, maybe the girls will go check that out and then Tacoma sales will die down a little.

I am going to check the Ridgeline out........But I also have a Mazda Miata....so there's that...More importantly it's nice to be an age where one can live from the inside out and not have to deal with a "peer group" acceptance

I just wanted to sound like a big man for a minute. I will also be checking the ridgeline out. Mainly due to the fact it will have Android Auto, and I am interested in the Bed Audio feature.

I believe they are high demand as the dealers cannot get them fast enough.... I know a guy in Manzanillo Mexico that has been trying to get one since Sept. 2105....The dealer got 1 in the first allocation and cannot get any more...Dealer says "they are on order"...!! This guy has been trying hard for 5 months with no luck....I also think Mexico is not Toyota's highest priority either...!!

Honestly, the Ridgeline would be really good for a lot of people ... but it would only sell if the American truck market was rational, and it is far from that.

I can't find one that's perfect for me, so my dealer filled out paperwork and we're trying to order one directly from the factory... Hope they'll make one in manual!

Got mine from Burien Toyota but had to wait 2 months for (almost) exactly what I wanted. I signed up on Truecar and local dealers would email me when they got trucks in that were close to what I was looking for.

In my area of Texas, the dealership here has usually 1 SR with a 4 cylinder in stock. They can't keep the others in Stock.

I bought mine in September, and last week when I was at the dealership; two salespeople came over to the service area to look at my TRD OR as they had never seen one. As soon as a big truck comes in with Tacos on the trailer; they are sold within hours.

When I bought mine last September there were NONE on the lot. They brought mine in through another dealership by truck. When I drove into the city from 1 hour away; they had sold it to someone else and it was gone. I was NOT happy. The GM of the dealership assured me he could get me another one in a few days and he would give his assurance it would be there. The next Tuesday I went back, and they left it on the semi trailer until I got there. There were 2 couples at the semi trailer trying to get someone to give them a test drive. My dealership came through; and they still treat me right.

They told me last week they still can't keep them on the lot. They sell like hot cakes!

A rational human does NOT go on a boat designed to sink.

Retired skimmer and another Miata owner here.

Yes. I've been to Titus Will. Everything they list on their web page except the 4 bangers are already sold.

There is a lot of inventory in certain areas. Toyota was giving away $500 rebates in those areas last month. Its the gotta have it croud that makes dealers stick to MSRP. After we them of the books, it should be smooth sailing. My 2nd gen first year 2005 Tacoma was built in middle of 2005 and there were plenty of them. So, I'd say the latest summer.

Mine is a TRD Sport DCSB 4x2....I bought mine in Lexington Ky...but I have a SMALL Toyota dealer about 12 miles away and they have several SR/5s but no TRD's....took it by there the other day and ALL the salesmen came outside just to look at my TRD...So the supply isn't there YET!
