Twice a day. At night when I get home, so I don't go to bed stank-nasty. And before work, which is after the gym, so I can shave in the shower.

I voted night because I get pretty nasty in the garage and stuff and I'm just not cool with sleeping while being nasty/dirty.

before i go to bed. . . why? because i can't sleep if im dirty or sweaty, and i don't need one in the morning to help me wake up or anything.

ive never understood how people only shower in the morning. the next night and every night after that you are sleeping in filth!
