my cost of going to work every day is $37.5 a month cuz i take public transport. No need to worry about tickets, no need to worry about parking, and plenty of excuses of blaming the bus for being late for work :D

if i can afford it either a motorcycle or a 96-05 civic hx (45 mpg and its not a hybrid)

at this time in my life i dont drive enough to justify having a second vehicle, and the gas savings would be overshadowed by registration / insurance on said second vehicle.

Hell i recently went from a 4cyl mazda to my truck .... but without much worse mileage .... either something was wrong with the maz or the 3.4l v6 kicks that much ass!

I'll probably fish a bit less and just target lakes with higher catch limits.

What about "Hydrogen powered kits" .. I live in L.A. and I'm seen more and more cars with the label on them. last one I saw was a hammer ... supposedly cuts gas use 40 to 60 % and I've seen the kits from around $600 to $1000.00
What do you guys/ladies think.. ?

Buy some sport touring tires for my R6 so the gas mileage might actually count for something. $180 for a rear tire every 4000 miles kinda offsets the 40 mpg. That and I'll probably keep paying it until I can't afford to function. Its just crazy what oil companies are doing to the world. I believe in free-enterprise and limited government, but I also believe in the responsibility of having incredible power and economic control and not abusing that power.
