When I stop, it slams into gear at 10 mph and again at 5 mph

    I have a 06 with the 4.0 auto. It shifts fine while driving but when I go to stop it slams into gear at 10 mph and again at 5 mph. Any ideas

    I had what I thought was a reputable garage change it not too long ago because I knew it was a pain. I never thought of the fluid being low. I'll be sure to check it now. Thanks
