Glad they didnt total it, i hate seeing a perfectly good tacoma become totaled when it can be fixed, sure it can be pricey but its not like your tacoma will drive any different then it did before, I think a vehicle should be totaled when the frame is bent cause then it wont be the same

Damn! That's the worst I've seen. It looks like a mad "ex" went over it with a hammer. Tacoma sheet metal has to be the thinnest available. All that being said, I hope it returns to you better than new!

Wow! We had bb sized hail here before and I was going nuts, it didn't cause any damage but I was worried anyway. I could only imagine what you were going through watching that happen.

Glad to hear you are getting fixed up by your insurance company.

I assume this is considered comprehensive and will not raise your rates?

My friend had a 2 comp claims in the same year and the 2nd one raised his rates (Erie Insurance). It sucks you have to deal with all this because you don't get anything out of the deal (just put back to the way it was). A hood scoop would at least be a plus.

Sucks about the truck. When I got rear-ended. I got a couple free Mods. Demello Rear bumper and some blacked tail lights. You could possibly score some Glass fenders if you were into that. And a Paint matched grill surround.

FWIW, I belive it has been discovered that a dimpled surface is more aerodynamic....Im thinking you may get better MPG now......;)

Hahaha, I tried to prove this theory, but I just couldn't see through the windshield enough to get through a tank of gas.

Yes, kind of like how a golf ball is dimpled.

Very sorry to hear about your truck man.
