When Phone Connects My Favorites Vanish Sometimes

This is sort of a an odd one...

Sometimes... Only sometimes, when my phone connects to the radio via Bluetooth the phone numbers in My Favorites vanish and need to be re entered.

They also vanish from the Home screen Phone "Widget".

So I will re program them and everything will be fine for a day or 2 then it will forget the number again.

I have not changed any settings in the radio or on my phone, I have had the same phone for months and it doing this all the sudden.

Anyone have this happen? Anyone know any fixes? It is not a huge deal but kind of annoying...

 

Have you plugged your phone into your computer at home which has Apple iTunes do any syncing magic on it? It always changes up stuff that way.

 

Had that same thing happen to me once. I reset the favorites and it hasn't happened since but I have a feeling it will again. Maybe some bug in the system, or needs an update? I'm on android.

 

I have an Android as well. No I have not done anything ever with iTunes or any syncing for that matter.. I have not done any recent phone updates. I do not think the radio has updated, not that I have noticed anyways.

 

So, I carry two phones. Work and personal.

I had this happen but then realized it was my second phone with no favorites.

 

when I hook up to car play, only some of my favorite contacts show up and same with music. I do not know if these are connected or not
