When removing my Snuglid from my bed- are the rails stock to the truck? or an accessory for the lid?

I have a white 6 ft bed on my 2013 tacoma. I no longer want the tonneau cover because I use the truck to haul items that are higher than the bed. Are the 3 rails factory Toyota rail system? and part of the truck? It appears these are there to help fasten items in the bed for hauling. Thanks in advance for any input.

 

you do not have a 7 foot bed.. but yes the rails are part of the truck
