I get this squeal from the belt. I replaced the belt like 6 months ago. Now the belt squeals under heavy acceleration or startup. I take it there is no other belt adjustment?
    Thanks

The same shit everyone else has.
Once stuff start to squeal it’s a good indicator to replace

Either one but stick to Bando. They are the manufacturer for the OE belt. Some say if you go aftermarket Bando to make sure to get the ones made in Japan.

How many miles? Hardly ever read about the V6 tensioners being replaced. There are several idler pulleys as well.

    I depends.
You really need to know if the belt is slipping and making the squeal.
Or a pulley is making the squeal.

What you describe sounds like a tension issue.
Start up and and heavy acceleration “jerk” the belt.
If the tension isn’t sufficient, it will cause the belt to slip.

If the belt squeaks at idle, it’s probably a pulley or worn belt.
