my dad had a '78 Toyota when i was a kid. i loved that truck (mostly because it was small and i could see out the windows). when he sold it i cried and refused to speak to him for a week. i was 5.
then a decade later he bought a '94 Toyota brand new. i loved that truck too! i learned to drive (stick) in that truck.
then i met a guy in college that had a '99 Tacoma. we got married and he sold the truck about a year later...and i divorced him a year after that. he never let me drive anyways.
which leads to my current Toyota, my very own '99...purchased with money from the divorce.

Best show EVER! They still have that Hilux on display in their new studio. Jeremy has also used a Hilux for both amphibious car challenges and he was able to drive both out of the water.
