    You mean replace the gear oil? I do mine every two years or 20k. Probably overkill.

    I did mine just before the big meet this past august. Always use Redine 75W90 synthetic.

    Toyota recommends changing the rear diff fluid every 30K for normal use. Mine sees a lot of offroad miles so a tend to change it more often.

    Per Owners Manual recommendations...... Mine's been done twice since I've owned the truck. Once at 26,000 and again this past summer at 58K. If I still own the truck in 3 years, I'll do it again at 90K.

    Since I have 4WD, the front diff gets done at the same time as the rear.

    I change mine every 30,000...however its never dirty nor do I find any metal shavings...I don't offroad much either
