    Wow! I thought my hoa was strict I guess I was wrong I did tire rotations ,and oil changes , water pump repairs never said a word but don't let your mailbox get dirty ,that's the end of the world.

    Oh and then when I was first moving and had a meeting with the board they said my truck was almost too big and I almost got denied because of it. Yet there are a bunch of full sized trucks here.

    I avoid renting a house in any HOA neighborhood. Good thing we like older houses in historic districts. Only thing we have to worry about is code enforcement and we are not hoarders so we are good to go lol
