    The hood was the give-away. It's a Tundra hood. Plus you can tell by the rear doors. The lower contour of the window is different on a Tundra than it is on a Taco. :thumbsup:

    Got my second Tacoma and decided to join the forum. Blew my tax refund and ordered a full ADS suspension for my 17 with compression adjusters up front, total chaos UCAs, and Dakar leafs. Who should install it? Any good shops? Anyone wanna save me some bills and help?? I don't have the setup at the moment. I'm in St. Pete

    As long as you don't have a burning need to do it before the end of the month and assuming I don't destroy anything major at the upcoming Hardrock Meet, my carport may be available for you and some other folks to come over and install yer stuff. Not sure how much use I'll be other than stuporvising, haha. My shoulders are pretty wrecked anymore so I try to save the heavy-duty, pain-causing stuff for the OGT.

    Bull Bar, 4" SS Side Steps, LED Bulb Replacements Throughout, Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover, T-Rex SS Grill Inserts
    I only do Shanren brand "off brand" lights on Amazon or ebay, had round 27watt off road lights on the truck now for almost 2 years with no issue other than a slight yellowing of the plastic. I run them at 24vdc with a step-up power supply to keep them cooler, no relay either as they pull .75amp at full load @ 24vdc. Even have another set on the shelf thinking they were going to give me trouble lol and still contemplating mounting those as well for 4 on the bull bar. Inexpensive as well, $18 for the pair at the time, I bought the second pair because they mis-listed them and got the pair for $8.

    I won't have my ADS goodies for another 2 weeks I'm guessing, so no rush. I just need someone that knows what they are doing and a few hands to join...the more the merrier really. I do have a 2 car garage at my house. I really just need some tools and car jacks and someone that's 'been there done that' since this will be my first suspension replacement. New to it all. Beer, pizza, and use of my pool to whoever wants to meetup to help me out. Good ol mod day anyone?!

    I was thinking that that 8 piece kit would make good lights for UNDER the truck, illuminating the ground around and under the truck, not so much the trail/road ahead of ya. For that price, it'd be difficult to find even a cheap set of "rock" lights with only 4 lights that aren't even very bright and are basically bro-mobile wheel-well illuminators. :D

    The only downside is, using these pods for rock lights, they might actually be a little too bright so you might need to put a pot in the system so you can adjust the brightness.
