    Holy crap! :eek: They've been renovating the house across the street from ours and they just put it up on the market. They are asking $190K for that thing! :eek::eek::eek: They've got to be on crack. It's a decent neighborhood, but there ain't no way that house is worth that much in this neighborhood. o_O Especially since, while they did make it look nice inside, it's still a nine kinds of ugly, flat roofed POS on the outside and it doesn't even have a garage or carport. Crap, we could probably make a killing if we sold ours. :eek:

    Haha, in one of the photos you can just see the OGT sitting in the driveway with Natty along side. :cool: I guess people expect to pay a premium to live across the street from the OGT. :rofl:

    My car guys recommended Scott over at Tint Guard. They have two locations - one in Pinellas Park and another in St. Pete. I haven't used them yet, but I am also setting up an appointment. The guys that handle all my service work buy and sell used cars, and they use Scott for all of their tints.
