Where are the 2024 - Xtra-Cab (2-door) models??

All the dealers around here only have 2024 Double-Cab (4-Door) models on their lots.
I'm not interested in a 4-door pickup....
But I would be interested in an Xtra-Cab (2-Door) pickup.
Anybody seen one yet?

 

The allocation report stopped updating on the 8th, but at that time there were only 66 on there. All in allocation status but many with permanent VINs.

^^^ Unfortunately, that one is a PreRunner (only 2WD)...
I would need an SR or SR5 with 4WD here in Wisconsin winters.

 

They are shown as April in the production schedule usually 6 -8 weeks afterwards you see them on the lots.

 

I’ll take the 2wd.

 

Apparently, a dealership in Green Bay has a couple of them now (but it's too far away to go see)...
so hopefully they will show up locally at Milwaukee dealers soon.

I need to see one, sit in it, drive it, and check it out first before committing.
If I don't like it, I'll just hang on to my 2010.

That's a lot of money for a set of wheels, over fenders, and taller coils.

 

Nope...maybe if you could get it in a manual and 4wd.

 

Can't even get a 4x4 with overfenders. I'd pay $35k for a Prerunner, but that's still on the expensive side for Rwd.

 

I think that Rob Motive fella paid 47k for his 2wd. I thought that was pretty expensive

 

For $3500. more you can get 4wd a 7.4 V8 engine and a LED warning beacon.

I'd like to have this truck.

I saw 7-8 white XC on a truck this morning. Maybe en route to an up fitter? Seems like a lot of allocations for one dealer.

 

Around Mid-Hudson Valley NY they only have double cabs. My current AC is all I need and have to downgrade from Sport to SR5 but that's OK. This might be the last year for non-dbl cabs I'm thinking. Just a guess?

 

There's no way they'd go through all the effort of designing and building a new cab configuration, and then only offern it for one model year.

Like I wrote previous post, I will not never buy brand new 2wd that cost $38,000.

I used to watch his YouTube videos on Toyota Tacoma, not anymore. Get people just got to have the latest version of Tacoma, or other shirt. All stupid! I can see if Tacoma close to or over 100,000 miles, buy it.

It is expensive, makes much more sense to get an SR or SR5 and a set of OR take offs.

I don't expect to see any Prerunners allocated to my area north east-mid atlantic, it's good looking truck in the TRD trim
