Same here for me. I ordered mine 5/30 and was slated to ship 6/30. Called last week and got the info on it being 1/4" off on the drivers side. Glad they are fixing it but I hate waiting. Plus it takes even longer to get to Hawaii.

My truck got backed into. I finally got everything straightened out with the insurance company. I ordered the CBI bumper yesterday. I was told lead time is currently 6-8 weeks for their aluminum option.

Had I kept, my truck, this is pretty much what it would've looked like today as you have the same wheels and tires and such. Nice looking truck!

Sub'd. Debating the Insain or the T3 w/out hoop. Anyone know the weight difference between the CBI T3 steel and aluminum?

I ordered the cbi with center hoop. Weight given to me from them was 118 for steel 76 or 68 for alum. I forget which. They were having some issues with the alum so I was considering switching to steel. But not with that weight difference.

On the ARB, saw it at overland expo west and it is a freaking shelf. It sticks way out. The reason why it does that, according to the ARB representative there, is that they have a deal with Toyota in Australia where they offer these on stock tacos. Which means that the airbags and crash testing has to be same or better than stock bumper. So this is apparently the smallest they could make it. I will tell you right now that unless you have a lift, the bumper will look ridiculous. The truck I saw had the new OME lift and 33 inch equivalent metric tires and it still looked bad. CBI bumper on the other hand is really nice and so is relentless if I remember correctly. ARB just kills the approach angle with theirs.

Talked to them today. Builds are in process. Mine should be going to powder coat next week. And ship the following week.

A new bolt here, a new bolt there, a new bolt everywhere.
Here is mine after powder coating awaiting the winch, ditch lights, fog lights, and 20" light bar install.

    That's BS . . . . Toyota doesn't sell Tacoma's in Australia.

However it is engineered to work with the airbags in the same way as the stock bumper.

You are right, actually, they have the Hilux. Didn't even think about it back then. What the hell country did he mention then? Austria? Canada? Someplace they install the ARB bumpers stock on the tacos as an option. After seeing what a shelf it was I didn't pay much attention to it. Turned my interest to the OME suspension.

Yeah, someone ask ARB, because now it's bugging me. Austria has Hilux and Canada doesn't have it in the list of options. Maybe he was just talking out of his ass trying to come up with a reason why it's sticking out so damn far. Wouldn't be a first time a sales guy did that.
