    i personally dont carry a snatch strap. i rock kenetic ropes, and also use them as winch extrnsions. bubba ropes may be easier to find. if i was local still i would have stuff you could borrow.

    thanks everyone for you replies... for some reason TW did not alert me of your replies and I just happen to recheck to see them now.

    so, I do have Amazon prime, but they are out of stock... quickest I can get them is Wednesday next week.

    I call the 4WP in Oakland, they only have the 24,000lbs rated strap... which, my understanding, is too much for our rigs. this is a snatch strap, not a tow strap.

    I will call SJ 4wp now.

    easier to use. multiple uses. can use them as extensions. stay cleaner and have not had one damage even over granite while winching. less issue of dying if something happens under load.

    and if you were already going to spend top arb dollar, may as well get its replacement.
