Where can I find color changing 4157 or 3157 lights?

    I have been looking for 4157 or 3157 color changing lights for my daylight running lights for my Tacoma. Also must have a built in resistor.

    No recommendations, but in your search those are called “switchback” leds, which might help you find what you are looking for.

    @808charger VLED makes switchbacks. Maybe Diode dynamics as well? The VLED ones don’t have built in resistors though. I am not sure about the 2nd gens, but I believe that they are like the 3rd gen SRs in there DRL behavior, which means you will need a controller as well. If you just pop in a switchback bulb, it would still be amber or white the whole time for DRL and turns because the way it acts. It gets the signal for both through the same wire, so it needs a way to separate the two.
