2000 black tacoma

Hi,

Wandering if anyone knows where I can find this bearing sleeve and bolt. It's for the idler pulley. The truck is supercharged and has the steel plate where the idler pulley goes. I bought the truck with the supercharger already installed. I've looked everywhere for this part and can't find it. Is there a different way of installing the idler pulley?
