Where can replace my evap canister hoses

I’m getting a code p0442 since scan gauge says a small leak, but I have replaced my charcoal canister since I have replaced them and I’ve been getting these code. I have also replaced my fuel purge valve thinking of now to replace the old hoses that goes from canister to the tank and I need a little bit of a research or find exactly same hose that I have here a bit wear and tear from looking at. Perhaps anybody knows what size is that goes from canister to the fuel tank hose Much appreciated for your help
