Happy to have found this thread.

Picked up a couple Amerex 5#ers at work today. With employee pricing, I paid less than $10/each.

I wonder if I could bring one on the boat I am racing on to Hawaii this summer. I bet the owner would not allow the weight.

    OEM, For now...
You just never know. An accident happens right in front of you, you instantly become the "First Responder" until other help arrives.
You may just save someone's life.

In this case, the young lady hit the rail and pole intentionally and did not want to be saved.
For me and one other person, that wasn't an option. The incident tore me up as I have 2 daughters right in the same age range.
    However,
It would have been worse if I didn't have the bottle with me. The shoulda, coulda, woulda...
It quite literally made the difference between life and death and kept the fire under control long enough to get her out.
By the time FD arrived, the car was fully engulfed.

My extinguisher can still be seen next to the vehicle in one of the pictures. I didn't even realize that until I looked at the picture again today, wanting to post here.

Hey, not fair. How did you get two clamps? :(

I had to wrap electrical tape around mine to give it more grip so it would stop sliding around.
