I guess my antenna got a bit a loose and sometime it vibrates badly. Super annoying sound.
I thought it was going to be an easy job to tighten the bolt, but I can't seem to have access from under the hood... Any idea how you tighten the bolt ?
    Thanks!

I take it youve already tightened it from the top and its still wobbly? If you cant access it from the engine compartment, youll need to take the wheel off and remove the wheel well liner to get to it.

Yeah, the top is not where it is loose. wow! I have to remove the wheel to tighten the antenna ? That's painful! I would have never guessed that. Thanks for the tip

Do you mean the antenna, or the antenna mount? The antenna is threaded into the antenna mount and gets loose sometimes and makes a sort of rattle sound.

The antenna mount is a sandwich sort of deal. A male threaded portion pushes up from inside the fender, which is what Caligula it referring too. The female portion of that is a nut that you can easily get to by standing next to your truck. I suppose there's an actual tool for tightening it, but I just put a flat screw driver in the slots around the edge and push it around. Be careful not to slip off and scratch the paint.

If, while turning the nut on the mount the whole thing spins, then you have to do as Caligula says so you can hold the part inside the fender while you tighten the nut.
