So a few years ago, my Tacoma was put in the garage for about a year. Prior to that there was no issues. Once I got it out of the garage, it suddenly would not rev past 4 grand. I've replaced the maf, both O2's, tps, cps, vacuum housing, swapped out the OEM intake for a cone. Today I gutted the cat and unplugged the O2's. And live data on my OBD2, is still showing 99.2% on bank2. Again mind you, it is no longer attached. So I did a voltage check and got a 12-14v reading from the empty plug. I am at a complete and utter loss here now. And frankly, I am starting to feel defeated. Can any of you help? I love this truck, and I just want to see her perform like the beast she is.

Is this an 03-04 truck or earlier? Drive by wire is different on the 03+. If I remember the 02's have a heater in them and maybe thats why the empty plug is pushing 12v. Did you have error codes for the MAF and other sensors or are you just throwing parts at it?
