WHERE DO I BUY A NEW DRIVERS SEAT???

My 01 Tacoma Xtra cab has 271,xxx miles on it and the seats are pretty worn out. The metal framing pushes agains my back where the inner material wore away.

Do you guys know where i can buy a new seat?
Does anyone have a good condition seat I can buy for the same year truck?
Has anyone installed an aftermarket seat that is more comfortable than the original one?

lots of options out there, use goggle and the search tool here to find many threads about it

4runner seats from 96-00 years fit ours, just unbolt the frames and bolt them onto our seat tracks.

for sale section here has trucks being parted out all the time.

car-part.com can locate seats for you at a decent price but shipping is expensive because of the size. http://www.car-part.com/index.htm

most places have salvage yards where you go find and take off parts your self and those are very affordable, that said, Tacoma parts are hard to find but its easier to find the 4runer seats I mentioned above. this is also a place you can find "any" seat that you think fits the shape of the floor so the mounts can be made to work by making new holes drilled through the floor to mount them.

On my old 99 I swapped the driver and passenger cushions. Worked pretty well
