Where do I cut out cam/alignment bolts?

    4" ruff country, 33" MT upgrading stereo
    Hey guys... Me Wes here again with another dumb question... So my passenger side lower control arm needs replaced and I can't get the bolts out to save my life. So my question is where do you cjt them oolibhyt sy, IN A where do you cut them out at and what's the best sawsall blade to use
