I live in Riverside county and I have a CCW... but if you're the same pro force that sends me magazines monthly (the store that sells firearms) I bought my carry gun from you.

Where it's most accessible isn't necessarily on your person when you're in the car.

Exactly! I put the double sided tape on the back of a RTI wheel and slapped it on. Even on the hottest days the tape holds on with the holster/gun attached. Also with the RTI wheel you can remove the holster and attach it to your hip like normal. I really like G-code holsters, just wish they weren't so damn expensive!

Yes you did. I didn't think your assertion was that it's the only place to carry in a car. If it was, it's wrong. :)

Keep it holstered inbetween my seat and center console when I carry in the truck.

Didn't mean that at all. In fact for city driving I prefer an ankle rig. Like I said, every type of holster has its "best" application but for me AIWB is the best all around.

And now that I'm retired I don't have to worry about city commuting much anymore. :)

Yeah I've heard a lot of people like riding with an ankle rig. Makes sense. After playing with a few locations in the new Taco, I still prefer the seat holster. Right between the legs, no reach is perfect.

Where it's most accessible is hopefully in a well practiced area on your person. Me is on the hip and concealed

    I don't...

Draconian Law in Canada prohibits me, or 99.99% of the population of this country, from doing ANYTHING other than "transporting" ANY handgun directly to-&-from the registered location (your home) of your restricted-firearm to a Provincially certified range.

No stopping on the way, either...

BUT...! The way the laws are written, there's nothing stopping me from consistently & consecutively "storing & transporting" a (non-restricted) shotgun or rifle in my truck. Redardless if I'm in it or not.

    :infantry:

    BEST. POST. EVER.

Sad, but true, every word of it!!!

You can only get a CCW in CA if you are LEO or a Senator, and both of our shriveled up crones have LEOs with CCWs so they can be anti-gun. :)
