    Constant hot with a small fuse inline or it's the lead wire for an external speaker. Depends on CB.

    So run a wire to the battery, if you want it to be powered all the time, with a fuse inline. If you only want it to work when the ignition is on then find a fuse in the panel under the dash that's only on when the key is on and use an add-a-fuse.
