Have this extra one after this...
    PXL_20201226_212940910.MP.jpg

Is there a diagram or anything I can start checking against?
Nothing feels loose really, I was hoping there would be a wiggly part that would lead me in the right direction, no joy.

Also f-you toyota for making me take all of this apart to get the lower center console panel out ‍♂️

Grasshopper, the question can only be answered after you tear it all down and put it back again. I hope!

Lol Toyota didn't make you do anything you made that choice. As far as finding the missing bolt hole? Keep it... the rattle will tell you where you f'd up.

Looks like a bracket bolt or the radio to the dash bolt.

Rough country 3" lift and level. Tuff AT 20" rims. Nitto Terra Grappler G2.
My guess is the upper right bracket corner:).

Be careful when interacting with 10mm apparatus. There are so many sockets that have transitioned into alternate universes that if this happens to be an antimatter bolt then you could break the space/time/beer continuum. Probably don't want to do that just before NYE.

Looks like one of the radio bolts. It's quick to pop of that trim and check those.

The four for the radio are accounted for, and they don't have the captive washer.

The part just above the charging pad is what I was getting at, with all the switches (and one more now #meso)

Is there a 10mm that holds the charging pad in? That whole section I put three of the course thread black screws in.

The aft of the console has two 10mm in the bottom of the cubby.

One far left of drivers side at the bottom, one far left-bottom of the passenger side.
