Where does this small bracket go? (1996 2RZ-FE)

I almost have everything back together after replacing my cylinder head on a 1996 2RZ-FE. I can't figure out where this small bracket goes. It had more dirty/oil/grease on it than in these pictures so I'm guessing somewhere toward the front of the engine where it had most dirt/grease. And based on where I put it with the other disassembled parts it should go somewhere toward the front exhaust side.

The nut has a 12mm head.

I have the 2 brackets installed for the wiring harness above the exhaust manifold side of the cylinder head and the 2 brackets on the rear corners of the cylinder head. There's no obvious loose parts of the wiring harness, so I'm stumped.

I hoping someone who recently did their cylinder head could remember and help me.

    Thanks!

That hold/attaches a section of wire harness, perhaps around the valve cover. I just did a head gasket replacement and had one extra too.

Thanks, I kind of figured that. I just can't find any plastic clips on the wire harness that would fit onto the bracket. I took pictures before/during disassembly, but I don't see it. I'm almost certain I removed it around when I took the intake air connector off and the wiring on the exhaust side.

Is there a bracket near the distributor on the front side?

I figured it out. It is bolted on with the dipstick tube. It's mentioned in the cylinder head removal instructions, but not in the installation instructions.

In the picture it's installed with the L-shape hooking around the wires going down to the AC compressor and oil pressure switch. Maybe I'm missing the plastic clip around the wires.
