Where exactly to drill bed drainage holes?

    3" Ready Lift; Bakflip MX4 Bed Cover, Meso Customs Total Tail Stage 1 Tail Lights, Raptor Grille Lights.
    I bought two rubber grommets (1-1/8OD x 23/32ID) from Lowes and used a 7/8" spade drill bit to drill the holes in the front of the bed. I cut the hose to length and then put the smooth finished end through the grommet and the edge I cut I connected to the bed cover fitting.

    Installing a Pace Edwards Ultragroove on my 2023 Off-Road. Love the front bulk head grommet install. Absolutely doing that. Ideas for the tailbed drain locations? I'm leery about drilling into the sides.

    Here are the instructions

    As one user said should I wait to see if the water is actually an issue from the rear?

    No money, all went to truck...
    This is the best option. The previous option is not ideal as that brass fitting will clog up quickly.

    Also I used a step drill bit and made drilling easier.
