Normal snow conditions it is incredibly confident. Shifting is different from my last vehicle so need to get used to where the right amount of power is and what gear to be in at the right times.

Will definitely be going back to play with different trac settings. I didn't turn TRAC off but had VSC off at least some of the time. It was a pretty steep hill and I was alone so didn't dig too much into it...

Nice! I also went out in the snow for the first time a few days ago, Snoqualmie Pass, looks like about the same amount of snow, 6-10".... I still have the stock tires, more for pavement, made it in about 30' and the wheels started spinning, I got stuck :) had to back it out, was a bit of an incline, but still..... Your tires look awesome, thought maybe with new tires it would do better. I was on loose dirt and wet snow, truck is nothing like my 2001 OR, oh well, like you said, "still love it" :)

Can't get any more real than that. One of the epic off roading experiences in the southwest - 120 mile loop, 2 day, camping, no services, unbeatable views!

Hey bud, absolutely no rubbing! I got tagged in a video where i was in 4hi on a flex trail and i started to spin. Popped it into 4lo locked and i pushed through but in the motion i was on 3 wheels with no rubbing. I recommend this set up for someone who is not ready to spend $750 plus.https://m.facebook.com/groups/358092227717518?view=permalink&id=450671085126298

What happens when the leader of the pack does not get off to check the other side of the hill? Tragedy, i almost went over! Dude to rain and slippery loose rock.

Did you have any problems getting a pass for the WRT? I know they are limiting vehicles now (25/day?). I plan to do this in early spring before it gets too busy in that area.

Murphey's Hogback. It's one of the ten or so approved camp sites along the trail. This time of year they don't fill, at least not when I was there (Thankgiving weekend) and I was able to reserve a week in advance

Wish I lived a little closer so I could go do that. Guess I could always take a couple of weeks off from work to go. Only about a 2,000 mile drive just to get there.
