Thanks! It was awesome! We found a nice spot to camp with some amazing views and got to wheel on some real trails compared to what we have here in the ‘Sipp

Not sure, it's Harmon Den exit 7 on I40. It's the road beside the West bound on ramp, about 4 miles up the mountain. There is a trail that leads down to it, the trail is marked by a tree that has graffiti painted on it. It's easily missed if your not paying attention. If you have smaller kids hang on to them as it is literally a rock outcropping on the side of the mountain. Beautiful view and the road is nice gravel state maintained, there are some side trails you can venture on. We went up one that hadn't been used in a while that led to a cell tower.

This past Sunday my cousin and i tried Gold Mountain Trail in the Big Bear Lake area of Southern California. I have to admit, once we got to the first rock garden, i realized i was in a little over my head with a LWB Tacoma on slightly bigger than stock tires LOL. I knew the trail was going to be challenging (as i have wheeled plenty in the past) but this was a a little more dug out than expected. Luckily a couple regulars where able to spot my up this section and i'm not afraid to admit we did some rock stacking LOL (don't worry, we unstacked after i made it). Overall a great time but I recognize that i need to get a little lift, bigger tires and some armor to be more confident on this trail...either way the rig performed awesome and so glad to be back in a Tacoma. BTW no damage at all to the truck...other than some more scrapes on the skid plates.
