Great looking truck! Do you have a build thread? If not, can you give some more info about lift, tires, and wheels? Did you cut your rear fender or just remove the splash guard trim piece?

lol gotta love it. We went about 40 miles out of town for a drive and hit a couple of the local little shops.

Funny how we got more snow in town, they predicted six inches where we went but barely an inch so far.

Ours is a weird winter. Got about eight inches in early October, then it melted. This is only the second storm of the year. Kind of nuts.

Same, we didn't have like any snow over christmas, or for months. Then all of a sudden I'm shoveling a foot on my windshield.

TONS of those! With the govt shutdown I didn’t go to national park but the state park. My truck was just a couple of weeks old so I stayed pretty tame.

Most of the park off the main roads (which are rough and dirt roads themselves) are for 4x4’s.

Summer heat is oppressive, but if you are wheeling and not hiking should be fine. Camping will be muggy though.

Great wheeling with this shutdown since the parks remain open... :boink:

I like the look of the fuel vectors but I don't know if I like them enough to purchase them.

IMG_4090.jpg IMG_4134.jpg IMG_4152.jpg Went to Death Valley NP last weekend. Mainly scouted for future trips (Lemoingne Road was better than I thought!), camped overnight Sunday in an old gravel pit so I could catch the Super Blood Wolf Moon & eclipse (seriously, how many modifiers can we put on an astronomical event?). The winds were unbelievable Sunday night & Monday AM. I have to wonder though - there were a lot of mud puddles along the side of the paved roads with tire tracks in them - am I lame because I didn't drive through to get the truck muddy & look like I actually did something?

Another Death Valley NP post. Stock 2018 OR4X4, with exception of RRW Sliders and TRD Skid Plate.

Put the Sliders and Skid plate to good use on Steele Pass ;)

Nah. Good way to get yourself stuck or broke while you’re out there alone. Good choice on not going through them. You never know what’s under the water (deep ruts, sticky mud, big rocks etc etc)
