Really cool and beautiful trail especially this year with all the snow/rain up there. My only advice is follow 650 to the faster exit if you jump on the smaller ohv trails to make a full loop it's a bit overgrown and pinstripe city plus bashed my front skid a few times pretty hard. Stock height +1 inch on tires. The views through there weren't enough to justify the extra time and abuse on the truck imo.

I spent 4 nights in Big Bend National Park, TX. It’s an amazing place to be in the spring. The whole park is filled with blooming flowers, cactus, and bushes. It also smells like some is spraying Fabreeze everywhere you hike. 6F0A3687-2088-4824-91C2-C8B9167841D3.jpg39945104-77DC-4CFF-AE2C-CC81A4F49124.jpg

Nice looking truck, what size tires did you go with? I am planning on going with the K02 also.

265/70/r17 C-Rated. Would've liked 265/75 but BFG doesn't make any of those sizes in C-rated. No rubbing either so you'll be a-ok

Yep. Jeeps are capable but I've seen Toyota pickups/Tacomas pull others out of trouble many times.

I watched a 4-banger Toyota pickup pull a first gen Humvee out of a ditch. That was almost 30 years ago.

I've had my Z71 on 35s pulled out of the mud by a Bronco II with a bubba rope when 3 other full size trucks on big tires failed with a strap. Experience goes a long way.

Where was this? And he must have taken a really bad line and got too high on the trail's embankment?
