The fact that you do not "take it for granted" and have been doing it for 35 years...WOW that speaks volumes about your character. Keep on enjoying and cheers to your clarity!!!!

Cool...you're very young...so...getting better at fishing ...you've got plenty of time, and the practice is wonderful. A bad day of fishing - or being out in the open is better than most anything else.

Been eyeing this steep gas line “trail” right off the highway in northern New Jersey. Finally hit it up. Google maps showed it going much farther, but the 6ft grass at the top made it hard to navigate.

Always reminds me of like a James Bond movie. But in all seriousness I can see why you could need one!

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
I have only had the phone for one year now, and it is very useful. For 30+ years I would be away on trips deep in the mountains of BC for several days per trip. My wife would have no idea where I was and would not hear from me until I got to a phone, or cellphone range when I finallly got one of those. I would never see any ofher people or trucks on these trips, and still don't today. Yup, its good to be able to do a 911 if a grizzly is chewing your leg off. No pun intended, I've had some bear encounters and don't enjoy them. Oh, its not really a phone either. Only does text messages and has the 911 feature.

It gets pretty bare in August and September, but there is usually always something on it. This picture was taken last September from the south side.IMG_6579.jpg
