Was in to St. George, UT recently and did a trip to the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Nothing technical but it was beautiful.

We did over 100 miles in the back road of Capitol Reef National Park. This area is a drone photographer dream. We hit up 5 different areas in all and ran out of daylight. Had to do about 3hrs of night run to get back into our campsite and end with a river crossing at 8pm. Good time.

Are drones legal at Capitol Reef? Most NP’s (all?) don’t allow them.

Honestly not even a trail. Just about a 100-150ft hill. Nice views though.

No signs for private property or no tresspassing though. At the top is just a spot that appears like a bunch of people drink and toss trash at. But the back side had pretty big ruts you can go down. Lots of scrapes and some broken car parts. I went up and down the front of it not the side. I had just put my mud flaps back on the day before and I don’t feel like breaking them haha.

Thank you so very much! My tires are thirsty for some mud and all of our local trails are closed cause of the rain. Happy Friday! Thanks for sharing.
Too bad about the trash. I’ll have to bring my trasharoo!
