Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
Your tires. Are those Toyo Open Country?

Took the kiddo to our favorite local spot for a day camp.
During the winter its been a campfire with hot cocoa and jiffy pop,
But it was a bit warmer so instead it was Gatorade and Doritos lol.

Drove out to Creede, CO to travel some dirt roads to see some mining history. Off-road in the sense that the road wasn't paved.

Ended up being on their Pack Burro race day where they have a 10 mile race and each person has a burro to commemorate the miners that made the trip every day.

Ended up at Last Chance Mine, which wad a neat little place where you could go on a short underground mine tour.

Also hit 10k miles when parking at the mine.

I thought they looked like Toyo Open Country.

I just put on a set of the Open Country AT3, 265 75 16. At high speeds over 90kmh, they are roaring like crazy. Brutally loud.

Below 90kmh they are quiet and smooth. My KO2s were quiet at all speeds, until they got about 30K miles on them and they get growly and tend to wear unevenly. So I decided to try the Toyo.

Might return the AT3 and put a set of KO2s back on.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...

Tigerton Offroad Park. A bit of many challenges: rock climbing, rock gardens, mud, dirt, water, tight twisty trails through trees. Never a dull moment.

I ran KO2 until Duratracs came out. Never going back. Yeah loud on highway but off road and winters there is no comparison, Duratrac hands down.

If the majority of my driving was hwy, I'd run Michelins. They are surprisingly capable offroad.

That was my same experience with the Toyo, I also didn't love the wet grip. But the noise was my biggest complaint

BTW, love your user name Admiral Snackbar. Chuckle every time I see that. I gotta change my boring user name.

Still have a little time to decide about swapping mine out with the store where I bought them. Good guys there.

Well, technically, the Taco didn’t go off-road, but it got us there. 30th anniversary balloon ride. Skies were overcast, so we couldn’t get very high. Very calm and peaceful, once you got used to the blast from the propane burners! Typical NE Ohio.

    Beautiful scenery.

I would spend half the day walking those roads and some time up the mountains, the other half driving/exploring.

Leavenworth Creek area- Guanella Pass out of Georgetown, CO

Had to turn around at about 12,300ft due to snow completely covering the trail still. We were trying to make it to Mt McClellan. Beautiful day!
