Let me translate this into business English -
"We bashed the Tacoma and when we asked Toyota to provide another Tacoma for this test they told us to F' off. That hurt our feelings so we bashed it again."

Gladiator shouldn’t be on that list by that definition either.

Yahoo stopped making sense about 10 years ago.

one thing they state is how outdated and no tech the tacoma is. This reason baffles me. Tacoma has power rear sliding window. Blind spot , adaptive cruise, sunnroof option, power outlet in bed, best storage layout , duel climate control, and push button start and keyless entry. No other mid-sided has all this at all. Ranger just now if you get Lariat will offer push button start. Plus you can package a xlt with duel climate and some other stuff but loose push button unless Lariat. Jeep truck isnt even really here yet. I actually like the interior layout in the tacoma better for looks than all the others. My issue is 100% with the seat position for me and cant get comfortable but i think the tacoma on all other fronts to me looks the best. Ride isnt the best on road but to me right mix

That article made me lose all respect for car and driver. Not because they purposely left out two of the trucks to compare, but because they blatantly said that the Jeep was the worst performing off-road, including the Ridgeline. o_O

I always love when reviews say the 3rd gen Tacoma is old. It came out in the '16 model year - that is one year NEWER than the current Ranger, and much newer than the Colorado.

Now wonder nobody trusts the "news' anymore. That was silly long Ad for the Chevy :rofl::rofl:. Why not include the Yota or Nissan?

I think this article was a “The best of the worst” type of piece.

The 4 trucks are all inferior to the Tacoma in significant ways.

My uneducated guess would be that Toyota is not an automotive company native to the US.

Being an old design is the best think the Frontier has going for it. The Frontier is also the must truck like, out of all the midsize P/U.

The best part is all the salt flowing in the comments. It's like the pacific ocean in there.

    There we have it.

    The Honda Ridgeline is:
"What nearly every mid-size-pickup-truck buyer is actually looking for."
