Cant find much of a description to where the junction points for the front turn signals are other than:

    1A Cowl WireandJ/BNo.1(LowerFinishPanel)

1C 1F Engine Room Main Wire and J/B No.1 (Lower Finish Panel)

Help please. Location im looking for is circled in red. The goal is to wire an inline diode then have a capacitor/relay combo to switch the turn signals from always on to flashing with the rest of the turn signals.

I don't think it's the ecm, the turn signals wouldn't pass through that. Maybe a body control module? The manual mentions 'lower trim panel' and 'junction box 1'. I can't figure out where that is.

you would be surprised what goes through the ECM, the door locks are run by the ECM and it also runs the chimes for headlights and lock or unlock the doors depending if the key is in the ignition.

everything else is there so all I can think of that it might be would be the ECM but who knows?

The gray shaded box is just a portion of the main in cab, fuse/relay/junction block on the driver side behind the dash.
Nice and tight back there with a bunch of other wiring.

Well, it wouldn't be the first tight place ive had to get into...

Think its partially removable without taking the upper black dash out? Id like to do what im going for without cutting into the factory harness.

It might be possible. Should be more apparent when you find the exact location of the wires in question, on/in the panel. There is a bunch of other wiring in the same bundle/s.
