As the title states, I'm looking for a local shop that carries 255/85/16 in a tires comparable to Duratracs. I have a guy at Goodyear, but they don't carry anything that size. If I can't find anyone local I'll just get 265/75/16 Duratracs. =P

    Thanks.

    stuff...
It may not be an item stocked at the local warehouses, but you can try 4wheelparts for maxxis bighorns, or try Midas. They sell cooper, and may be able to get you the st maxx.
Awhile ago, I was looking for the 275 goodyear mtrs, and they said its not discontinued, but they no longer bring that size in because sales don't justify having it.

I got mine(Toyo's) on Amazon. Because its not a common size, I'd order it. If places do have it in stock, it could be sitting in the warehouse for a while, best to check the manufacture stamp to make sure you're getting "fresh" new tires.

The first set I got locally in 2013 sat in a warehouse since 2008 when they were manufactured...I got about 18months of use out of those. The current set I have now were 3 months old when they were installed, so i'll be able to compare mileage/time to find out for sure how much of an impact sitting for 5 years.

Bumping this thread. So where's the best place to get these tires mounted and balanced?

I had the Firestone by my house mount mine, slow Sunday morning so I helped the guy, think it was around $75.

took them home and poured in the dyna beads, about another $50 or so. worth it not having to deal with strings of weights.
