You should really get your neighbor to sell his for 400 and buy the $100 ones. He’d be a fool not to make $300 so easily for the exact same lights.

Sorry, It's about the price for me! I'd rather spend $100, than $400 for the exact same thing.

I know right, so he can pay for the appearance package pro, lol. He already replaced them when he changed out the front bumper. Why get him to sell or but anything,it's his choice and he can do what he wants, like I do! It's not my business what he buys or sells. I could give two shots what he does, maybe he will chime in.

    A few.
Theres actually a loophole for that. It can be in some cases that the box or packaging is made in the USA but the contents inside can be made somewhere else. Ive seen this before myself. You have to look on the actual part itself to be sure.

I need to find your dealership! Haha. My won't let me get the parts unless I own a pro. None of the dealerships near me will.

I mostly just want the look. I'm down to look for brighter lights that would fit the frames/bezels of the Rigid Industries... I should probably say I just want the bezels/frames and can do whatever lights fit in them. LOL.

    **UPDATE**
I read through the article... I guess, more like scanned through it... and it looks like his findings are that the rigids are pretty awesome... or maybe I'm reading it wrong. Hahaha. Either way, I want the bezels/frames of the TRD Pro Rigids and I don't mind whatever lights I get.

When you think about it, the grille is probably the pro feature that is swapped out the least by pro owners.
If it’s the look you want, you can get the fakes mentioned above, or they can be found on eBay or on these forums.

So I have oem pro fogs and had the cheap knock offs , here’s what I’ve noticed . The inside of the oem ones look perfect looking at the board , the knock off looked cheap . Next I picked up the yellow covers for them , figment on the oem fogs are spot on , they wouldn’t fit the knock off . The lift output wasn’t a lot different and I do t have a way to check it either . But....... if I had to say pick I’d say the oem was more crisp . So I did my own testing and after everything I sold off the knock off ones and kept the oem ones . Hope this helped good luck

It isn't a loophole, read up on product manufacturing labels, they have specific meaning. You cannot list something as 'Made in the USA - with foreign and domestic materials' or 'Country of origin: USA' if it is not made in the USA. If an item contains the 'Made in the USA' label, that means every component of the product is sourced and also made in the USA. The wire must be made in the US, the plastic must be made in the US, the circuit boards, all raw materials to make all components must be made in the USA. In a global economy this can be a major challenge and sometimes not even possible. If you use a bracket made in Mexico or a circuit board made in Taiwan you lose the eligibility for the 'Made in USA' designation. When the majority of the core product is made in the USA and the major final assembly is in the USA, but not necessarily 100% of all raw materials are made in the USA, products are labeled with the labels such as 'Made in the USA - with foreign and domestic materials' or 'Country of origin: USA', meaning they were made here with a minority of components that may have been made elsewhere. It certainly isn't to the level of the 'Made in the USA' designation. But made in China means just that, the stuff was made in China with China sourced parts, which is no way comparable to a 'Made in the USA - with foreign and domestic materials' or 'Country of origin: USA' label.

    Stawk as FUCK!
How hard can it be to photoshop and slap on a Made in USA label? 10 seconds in Photoshop. Who’s checking/verifying?

Unsure of the intent of this comment.

I can 10000% guarantee you Toyota and Rigid are not falsifying labels, to even suggest a well respected American manufacture would do such a thing is beyond ridiculous. If you are buying from Joe-Bob off ebay second hand and they faked the labels... well there have been people on this forum willing to exploit cheap China knock off parts buy selling them at higher prices on ebay for personal profit.

Its right there on Rigid's website. Designed and tested in the USA. Doesn't say anything about being made in the US. Okay people lets bitch about the Pro grills made in China. I bet some of you have one.

Although true how the spec is written, it isn’t entirely true how they enforce it. I work for a global German company. We get all are machines basically already built from the factory in Germany. We just have to assemble a few things to make them complete and ship. In the case of “Made in America” I had a job for 30 machines. In order for us to qualify for that sticker, we had to have all the bits and piece shipped individually to us. Nothing was assembled by the German factory. We assembled everything from scratch and that qualified for the sticker.
