Does anyone have a suggested source for assorted colored wiring? I have a pretty big wiring project coming up, and it looks like I'm going to need at least 7 different colors to keep everything organized for myself.

Everywhere I've looked has assorted colors, but I definitely don't need 100 feet of each color (and at $7 each, that gets expensive quickly). Maybe 50 ft of some, less than 25 feet of others.

Gauges can vary, though most of what I'm going to need is in the 18 ga range, just powering LEDs and grounding the LEDs in the OTRATTW switches. May need some in the 12-16 range for some powered stuff as well.

Does anyone have any suggestions of where I can find wire like this? Even if I have to buy each spool separately, I definitely don't need 100ft of each.

Something awesome I was suggested to was this

    http://store.polarwire.com/

prices seemed reasonable for silicone wire that flexes even in cold weather.

You could use wire markers using numbers or letters. In my work we use color to indicate the voltage the wire is carrying. Pull out appropriate length marking each end with matching markers. Make sure to pull extra wires for future upgrades

what category are you searching under? if it automotive that's basically all you'll see but if you switch to just "all" or electronics you'll see smaller sizes. I know I saw 10 and 12 gauge

I was just looking in his Amazon store. Highest gauge I see is 8... I'm looking for wire much higher than that, unfortunately.
