Where can we find specifications for the stock front 6x9s and tweeters plus rear 6.5 speakers?
(2007 Access Cab, standard audio, not JBL)

Need at least the sensitivity and frequency range for stock 6x9s, tweeters, and 6.5s

    Thanks

If you upgrading the head unit or adding an amp, get new speakers the stock are junk. As for finding the specs betting that’s not listed anywhere.

Nope, only planning to replace speakers. Specs would be useful and seem like a common question, they should exist somewhere . . .

I just ordered mine from OEM Audio+. Sounds much better and direct replacement, just plug them in.

I viewed oemaudioplus.com last week, saw their Tacoma speaker and speaker+amp packages ranging about $600 - $1900. I'm interested in other choices and lower cost; that's part of what led to the interest in specs.

I second Crutchfield. That's where I ordered my wife's new speakers, came with wiring accessories, mounts, diagrams, the whole deal.

I don't have sensitivity or frequency range, but here's what I do have for your truck.

    Front Tweeter: 2.6 in, 4.0 Ω, 17.5 W
    Front Full Range: 6 x 9 in, 4.0 Ω, 20.0 W
    Rear Full Range: 6.3 in, 4.0 Ω, 20.0 W

What Jeff said and there's a simple capacitor between the woofer and tweeter (soldered onto one lead to the tweeter) to separate frequencies, so if replacing with a woofer+tweeter kit you don't need to know the frequencies because you will get a new crossover... Unless you're getting into complicated waters and want to know where the factory speakers cross over because you're assuming Toyota chose a crossover point that gave the best sound profile for the interior of the cab...

Specs! Specs! We don't need no specs for junk like this. [IMG]
