Where To Find Wrecked Vehicle Parts

'09 Tacoma Access 2.7 4 x 2

Added VS Wipers, Cruise Control, DRL, Undercover SE Bed Cover

I have an '09 Taco that is prewired with the backup cam but I need the Gentex mirror monitor. I have been trying to find a used one. I check the various forum classifieds, ebay and google searches but I don't find many. I wonder if finding a totaled Taco might work. How do you find these? Should I go to a junkyard that has some type of network? Any other suggestions would be appreciated (other than coughing up $400 for a new one).
