I have this project I putting together to get the sub i had in my old Liberty in to the Tacoma and also add some more power via an alpine power pack to the other speakers which are already upgraded to kickers.

I have this sound Ordnance sub from Crutchfield already in my possession and paid for long ago. I Don't want to buy something to replace it.
    https://www.crutchfield.com/p_777B8PTD/Sound-Ordnance-B-8PTD.html?tp=114

    It's 14" long x 9" wide x 3.25" high at the tallest part.

I'm trying to figure out how and where to mount it. Under a seat would be good. Afraid it's too big. Other option is maybe remove the bin behind the left rear seat back. It almost fits inside that bin completely but no room for the wires.

Thanks for your help and suggestions of possible fitment ideas.

That's not really an option. I'm trying to use what I already have here. It has to be bolted on to a surface. That box you posted needs a separate amp too. I'm not looking for anything that elaborate.

I have this sub. omg I just finished my install about 20 minutes ago, not even tuned the amp yet and it sounds so good. Running a 5 channel kicker kxa800.5 amp and I’m beating hard at like 15-20 volume. My truck sounds so much better. Deep and tight bass. Haven’t really turned it up, whole house is sleeping.

That good to hear , I'm taking mine in for the install this Friday. I'm picked Up a JL XD 700 - 5 channel with focal speakers to go with the sub.
    I can't wait.

I tried to test fit under the front passenger seat. There wasn't enough space there to bolt the seat down to the floor. The 3rd gen is I guess different. I didn't even bother to try the driver's side because of all the extra stuff for the power seat stuff the 2020s and up have.
In the end I have figured out that it's got to go in the rear behind the rear left seat back. I had to take out the storage bin mount it on a sheet of MDF I'm bolting to the rear with the mount points the bin was held in with. The MDF will be covered in black carpet.
