Where to get license plate flip up hinge?

    Hey everyone, I just recently got my Pelfreybilt rear standard plate bumper, I ordered some sliders from them too and they had a bumper laying around that someone canceled their order on so I decided to snag it. It's already powder coated but it doesn't have the flip up hinge mounts, does anyone know of a local store that I can buy these at so I don't have to order online? They're on back order at Pelfreybilt
