Awesome to see a vendor step up like this. Small things like this carry so much more weight to me than any advertisement you could pay for. Great job!

I'm in the middle of this exact same problem. Also because of an Amazon vendor who first only sent three shocks, PO actually just had ONE listed. After big runaround I did get someone friendly who quickly cleared it up and shipped 4th, but found at dealer install during frame replacement that this b4-kt1-z237a01 kit was missing from one. Long story short - no one has it available except Bilstein here... Only ground shipping available, no idea when I'll actually get it, but at least it says they have lots in stock. Apparently they have all these businesses involved in this one product somehow (Boost projects, Trend auto, Southwest Speed store, Toys for Trucks, Total truck centers) and none of them will take action, just keeps forwarding me around. Even got the dealer service to call, then they insisted they would only talk to me, then say they sent an email to the right person, and basically insisting on doing nothing more except wait. Once they just gave me a number, turned out to be Bilstein, who they should darn well know would not have any knowledge of my order. Sent several messages through Amazon, no reply. Basically can't get the front shocks on indefinitely. Avoid at all costs. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AVNA48I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Here's where it's at, probably have to reassemble with the old front shocks since they can't just keep it there with no ETA on the part.

So all you're missing is the bushings, washers, and nut kit for one front shock?

Or are you missing the spring seat and nut?

If you're missing the seat, then order it separate
    pt# E4FT1Z011A03 FOR $3.99
    https://www.summitracing.com/parts/bsn-e4ft1z011a03
I'm sure a nut can be found at their shop that will work. Probably the stock one from the original shock. Or home depot will probably have a m12x1.25 nylon lock nut...

Spring seat and nut. Tracked down David at Toytec just now and unfortunately he doesn't have these. Have exhausted all other leads. Will just have to put it back together and wait.

The link I posted has the spring seat in stock and it can be there by thursday if you order today and pay the extra $20 for express shipping.

Hope it all works out. Sucks to have to pay express shipping but if it means you can get it installed and not have to wait and to do it in your drive way later than the $20 extra is probably worth it.
I think lowes will have the nut also, fastenal, or Autozone should also if the dealership doesn't have one laying around.

Got it, thanks for the lead. Fingers crossed it will be there tomorrow despite covid, maybe all back together Friday. Yes, this dealer volunteered to put the shocks in since they would have to reinstall the old ones anyway, and they are being very cool about helping look for parts, tolerating this delay. This would be the third that may be coming, but the only one that could be on time. Will post any spares on here for the next guy...

To conclude, this all got done Friday, 30 min before I had deadline to take the fam to Cincinnati. Still no communication from this vendor who insisted I had to wait.

Got the parts direct from Bilstein Tuesday, essentially 4 work days after the "part or no part" deadline passed. If anyone needs it lemme know, just cover the price and shipping. Still no word from Amazon vendor.

Do you happen to have any more but for a 5100 adjustable for an F150 2005 4x4 XL Triton.
