They don't produce very many manual trans Tacos (maybe 2 or 3 %?) Not even easy to get when buying new! You may have to consider new!

I guess it all depends on what you’re looking to spend. A MT 1st gen will be difficult to find, whereas a 3G is a little more common but still difficult. Are you open on color, miles?

CarGurus shows 21 results for 2016-2023 Tacoma, under 100k miles, 4x4, manual transmission, within 200 miles of 83501, many very close. Looking for DC or AC, Short or Long Bed? Willing to travel? Seems like lots of options nearby.

I have a friend looking for an older 4 runner, he's reported he's seen quite a few Tacos in the lots he's looking at. If it were me, I'd spare the headache and just start hitting small used lots, make it a habit. Now that I think of it, might do that, need a project truck. :p

I cant justify spending slightly less or more for a 5 year old truck compared to a brand new one. A new 2024 is $36k. SR model which is what i want

A little of this and a little of that.
When I was searching for a used Tacoma, I looked online at CarMax, Auto Trader, and at many of the dealerships in and around the Atlanta area. I eventually found my 2020 manual Sport 4x4 at a Subaru dealership an hour away from where I live.

    Good luck with your search.

I just sold my Taco. Had it listed on Cars.com, Auto Trader, Craigslist, and Offerup. It sold on Offerup. I'd look there
